StayTrak was designed specifically for drop-in child care centers that charge by the hour and do not have traditional classrooms or require customers to make appointments. Keeping track of information and billing for drop-in centers is very different than for traditional daycare. Although some daycare software packages have an "hourly billing" option, they aren't geared towards rapid and frequent check-in and check-out as well as having literally thousands of registered families who may only visit every few months. StayTrak has been in use in multiple centers since 2004, and can be adapted for any "drop in" facility where customers are charged by the hour such as after-school programs or adult day care.
