StayTrak software was designed specifically for drop-in child care centers that charge by the hour and do not have traditional classrooms or require customers to make appointments.

Keeping track of information and billing for drop-in daycare centers is very different than for traditional daycare. Although some traditional daycare software packages have an "hourly billing" option, they aren't geared towards rapid and frequent check-in and check-out as well as having literally thousands of registered families who may only visit every few months.
